The Real Estate segment owns the 225-acre Daney Ranch property located in Dayton, Nevada; the Gold Hill Hotel, which consists of a hotel, restaurant, and bar, as well as rentable homes and cottages located in Gold Hill, Nevada; and a 98-acre industrial park, including senior water rights in Silver Springs, Nevada, as well as land and real estate rental properties.
